Chad Kroeger and J.T. Parr Battle Coronavirus at the Beach in New Party Bros Video

“Well, we learned a valuable lesson today,” one of the Stern Show veterans says after attempting to hand out free masks

Activists, Stern Show veterans, and all around decent bros “Chad Kroeger” (Tom Allen) and “J.T. Parr” (John Parr) do their part to stop the spread of coronavirus in the latest Chad Goes Deep video, released earlier this week.

The clip sees the comedic duo hit the boardwalk in Huntington Beach, Calif., with a box full of medical masks and signs reading “Free Masks” and “God Loves Masks.” “We’ve got a cure for the mask shortage, we’ve got masks. If anyone needs a mask we got ‘em!” Chad tells anyone who will listen.

Unfortunately, not everyone does. Some un-masked bystanders mock them while others question the perfectly rational science behind wearing masks during a pandemic. One even challenges them to a fight.

“Well, we learned a valuable lesson today,” J.T. says at the end of the clip.

“Don’t wear masks if you’re wearing sandals, dude. If you’re gonna hand out masks, where shoes you can fight in,” Chad agrees.

COVID-19 is far from the first high-profile issue the so-called Party Bros have tackled. They’ve previously weighed in on everything from renaming water treatment plants after pop star Britney Spears to defending house parties and scooter rentals. When Chad and J.T. visited the Stern Show in 2019, they also found a unique way to advocate for a second Fourth of July holiday. Watch a clip from their sit-down with Howard (below).
