Billie Eilish Hopes to Inspire Change With New Song and Snake-Filled Music Video ‘Your Power’

Track appears on the Grammy-winning Stern Show guest’s July album “Happier Than Ever”

Billie Eilish just dropped a potent new song and music video.

The Stern Show veteran and Grammy-winning musician has released “Your Power,” the third single off her forthcoming album “Happier Than Ever.” In an Instagram post, she described the quiet track as “one of my favorite songs I’ve ever written.” Its lyrics focus on the abuse of power and, while Billie revealed the song makes her feel vulnerable, she’s hopeful it might inspire change.

Billie herself directed the clip, which shows the superstar singing the tune as she sits atop a mountainy perch. At one point, a constricting snake appears and slowly winds its way around her neck and body.

“Happier Than Ever” serves as her second studio album, following 2019’s “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?” As Stern Show fans no doubt remember, Billie and her brother Finneas O’Connell visited Howard’s studio that very same year and gave Stern Show listeners a look at their song-writing process before putting on a mini-concert. Watch the duo perform “All the Good Girls Go to Hell” live (below).

Billie Eilish’s “Happier Than Ever” arrives July 30.
